Black Gold

A feature length documentary about the plight of the Ethiopian coffee farmers, which follows Tadesse Meskela, as he tries to get a fair price for the coffee growers’ co-op he represents.

The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival, won a British Independent Film Award, has been shown on television and in cinemas all over the world and has played an important part in the campaign for fairer trading relations between the west and the developing world.
